2006/3/12 Finally doneWhat to say about superior Patisserie?????
Well...i think i learnt nothing from this course as i didn't really improve any baking skills.
What we did mostly are art work.. So sad that i have no artistic skills..
then my works turn out pretty funny (see evidence from my photo album).
Even the course content was not that interesting, the classroom environment was impressive.
I had a chance to work with good people with good artistic skills...
Lucky me to meet u guyssss..Maki, Jamie, Muk and Tushar. So happy to have u all in my class.
Without Joe, Indira, Martha and Roni ..this class won't b fullfillment of memories.
Finally my big sis: P'Nui who are always helpful and cheerful.
