2005/12/8 Couldn't believeTime flies again!!! I am almost done with the second course of patisseries.... SO FAST...... seems like i just started last week. I don't know whether my skills have improved...have to ask chef chef and chef heThis monda, i made tart tatin or apple tart and exotic fruit mousse... These desserts are normally served on plate so I have to use some of my artistic (even i m lack of it) in presenting plate... Oh dear why my plates look ugly if comparing with others hur hur.... anyone can help me with this???????
Anyway the grade wasn't that bad. I came home and prepare for the practical exam on tues.... Again..never be confident in myself. I thought that my cake looked terrible again but chef said it's npt bad at all and he gave me very good marks... I am so happy he he... oh!!! forgot to tell what cake i made..It's call "fRAISIER"...This cake tasted delicious, not too heavy with sponge, strawberries and cream mousseline..
