This is "ME"

Long time that i never wrote this blog. It's been a year since i came back from uk already. Time is flying again and again. The dreaming has gone and now living with the reality. It's a time that i have to find myself what i wanna be what i wanna do. Do i really like hospitality or just my dreaming. Man!!!!!!1 this is hard to tell. Somehow I m working for 5 stars hotel.....don't have to tell which one....everyone knows!!!!!!!! Well well i hope i find myself soon and be in the right place that i wish.

 

Besides that my life is so colourful since one littel life stepped up into my house. I would say he is the best gift ever.......Now he also 8 months and soon will be a adult. Just wants to say that i love him so much DJ.... eiei guys don't get me wrong that i have new guy...DJ is my dog.......so cute right?????? he he

 

Nothing to update much about my life but just lets all my friends know that i miss u guys all and sorry if i have lost contact. I m still using the same mobile.....so can call me anytime. Hope to see u guys soon especially Boong Aim Nuk Pop Ped Furn Chern Kan P'Bo Au Auu Ib Tim Tong and many that i don't think i can write all.

Time flies again!!! I am almost done with the second course of patisseries.... SO FAST...... seems like i just started last week. I don't know whether my skills have improved...have to ask chef chef and chef heThis monda, i made tart tatin or apple tart and exotic fruit mousse... These desserts are normally served on plate so I have to use some of my artistic (even i m lack of it) in presenting plate... Oh dear why my plates look ugly if comparing with others hur hur.... anyone can help me with this???????

 

Anyway the grade wasn't that bad. I came home and prepare for the practical exam on tues.... Again..never be confident in myself. I thought that my cake looked terrible again but chef said it's npt bad at all and he gave me very good marks... I am so happy he he... oh!!! forgot to tell what cake i made..It's call "fRAISIER"...This cake tasted delicious, not too heavy with sponge, strawberries and cream mousseline.. Wanna try?????

It's been 3 months already that i didn't right my blog... now i m back.

Just for short....about my cooking lesson.... I have some update pic of my wedding cake and chocolate work that i have done in class.... Look messy but promise it will look better in da future (hopefully)

I just feel that i m so terrible in art....not creative as well...hur hur

Time is flying!!! A year has gone...i just feel like we just 1st met and started to know each other.

It's been such a nice memories for me really. All the moment we share in class..

we studied, we worked, we partied... we got through the stressful together...

 Thanks for always being there for me....
